Global Trade House supplies rebar from eight leading mills in the UAE, Qatar and India, as straight bars or cut and bent to your schedule, with mill test certificates for every delivery. Your consultant approves the mill. We supply it.
Why the mill matters
Most projects in the UAE only accept rebar from mills the consultant has approved. Some specifications go further: UAE-made steel only, GCC origin only, or the same mill and origin throughout each structural element. Government and utility projects often favour UAE-made materials under the National In-Country Value (ICV) Programme. Tell us what your approval says, and we supply to it.

Need UAE-made steel? Six of our eight mills are in the UAE. Need GCC origin? Seven of the eight are in the GCC. Where your specification allows rebar from outside the GCC, we also supply Jindal rebar from India. Tell us the origin your specification requires.

We cut and bend rebar from any of these mills in our own factory in Dubai Investments Park, so you get the approved steel in the shapes your schedule needs.

Can you supply UAE-origin rebar only?
Yes. Six of the eight mills we supply from are in the UAE, so we can supply UAE-made rebar when your specification requires it.
Can you supply GCC-origin rebar?
Yes. Seven of the eight mills we supply from are in the GCC: six in the UAE and Qatar Steel.
Can you supply low-carbon rebar?
Yes. We can supply rebar from mills with independently verified low carbon footprints, and from UAE producers that make rebar from recycled scrap steel.
Can you cut and bend rebar from a specific mill?
Yes. We cut and bend steel from the mill your consultant has approved, in our own factory in Dubai Investments Park.
Can you keep each structural element to one mill?
Yes. If your consultant requires the same mill and origin in each element, we supply it that way, with mill test certificates for every delivery.
What if the mill in my specification has a long lead time?
Call us. We can tell you which mills can supply sooner, so you can ask your consultant about an approved alternative.
Can you supply UAE and GCC mill rebar outside the UAE?
Yes. We have supplied projects in Bahrain and India, and we can supply further afield.
