Project stages

From foundations to finishing

Early in a project you need large-diameter bars for foundations, columns and cores. Later, the work turns to smaller bars, links, stirrups and bespoke shapes. We handle both, including the detailed work that comes near the end of a project. That is what we mean by "with you to the last bar".

How it works

  1. You send: your bar bending schedule or drawings, by email or WhatsApp.

  2. We prepare and check: our in-house engineering team can prepare the bar bending schedule from your drawings, or check the one you send, so every bar is made exactly where and how it is needed.

  3. We produce: our production team cuts and bends every bar to shape and bundles it for easy fixing.

  4. We deliver: our logistics team plans delivery around your programme.

Where lapping bars is not practical, such as in congested columns, piles and transfer slabs, couplers join bars end to end. We supply couplers with prepared bar ends as part of your cut and bend order.
